Stewardship is a sacred covenant between a soul and a vision. It is the deepest and most complete expression of belonging that Awareness Expansion offers — and one that is entered through discernment, alignment, and genuine mutual recognition.
The Beauty of Multidimensional Contribution
What makes Stewardship genuinely extraordinary is that every Steward brings a completely unique expression of their gifts, resources, and calling to the vision.
Some Stewards contribute through financial generosity — their sacred exchange helping to sustain the daily field, the community infrastructure, and the physical building of High Spring.
Some contribute through their gifts and offerings — their skills, wisdom, creative capacities, and healing presence woven directly into the fabric of what this community offers and how it grows and serves.
Some are called to contribute through their physical presence — living on the land at High Spring as part of a skills-based residential community, bringing their hands, their hearts, and their daily lives into the literal building of a sacred site that will radiate coherence and healing for generations.
And some are called to contribute across all of these dimensions — their whole life becoming a living expression of the Steward role they have aligned with.
Every Steward is unique. The question is simply one of alignment — between your soul's gifts, your life's calling, and the specific needs of the vision at this moment in its unfolding.
What Stewards Receive
Everything available within the Initiate, and Alchemist tiers. And beyond that — a personal monthly Attunement session with Caroline, a private and sacred meeting in the living field. A co-creative leadership role within the community — Stewards are builders whose voices genuinely shape the direction of Awareness Expansion. Priority and exclusive access to High Spring as the physical sanctuary develops — including retreat experiences, seasonal gatherings, and for some the possibility of residential life on the land itself. Invitations into sacred ceremony at the great cosmological thresholds — the solstices, equinoxes, eclipses, and other significant threshold moments held as living ritual in the full depth of the Attunement field. And formal recognition as a Founding Steward of Awareness Expansion and High Spring — their contribution woven permanently into the living record of what was built here and why.
The Discernment Process
Becoming a Steward begins with an application — a genuine act of self-reflection and offering in which you share who you are at the level of your soul, what has brought you to this threshold, and what you feel called to contribute and receive.
From there Caroline enters into a process of multidimensional discernment — considering the quality of your field, the resonance of your energy, and the alignment of your gifts and calling with the specific needs of the vision. The energy exchange of each Steward is determined through this conversation rather than set in advance — because Stewardship, like all sacred things, is alive and specific rather than fixed and generic.
Stewardship is extended by invitation following the discernment process. Applications are reviewed personally by Caroline and receive a personal response within 14 days.
