Welcome to Attunement:
The Art & Science of Sacred Coherence
Align with the Source of Life. Master the Flow of Love. Become a Living Sun.
BEGIN YOUR JOURNEYWhat is Attunement?
Activating the Heart’s Guidance and the Soul’s Knowing
Attunement is a consciousness and energy practice centered in relationship with the Source of Life within us.
Through the alignment of consciousness, Attunement invites greater coherence between mind, heart, body, and the subtle energetic field — creating space for presence, inner clarity, intuition, and a deeper remembrance of our essential nature.
At its heart, Attunement is a pathway back to the living intelligence of Love within you.
Â
The Attunement Experience
Traditionally, Attunement as an energy healing practice, is shared as a gentle, non-touch practice through the hands.
The practitioner holds their hands within the energetic field surrounding specific areas of the body, including the primary endocrine centers, nervous system contact points, organs, and systems.
The practitioner and participant consciously orient toward the Source of Life and allow a greater pattern of coherence to emerge.
The practitioner becomes a point of conscious connection within the field — inviting a freer movement of Life through the spiritual, mental, emotional, energetic, and physical dimensions of the human experience.
Attunement is not about giving someone energy. It is about remembering our relationship with the Source from which Life is already flowing.
This current was known in ancient Egypt as Sekhem — divine life force, power, and spiritual vitality— engaged in by initiates as part of their spiritual training, a conscious way of working with divine life force energy to clear the pneumaplasmic energy field, regulate and balance the nervous system and the primary endocrine system and come into coherence with the heart.
The Modern Lineage
In 1929, this practice was brought back into form by Lloyd Arthur Meeker, who wrote and taught under the penname Uranda. He had been developing his own healing practice and searching for an answer to the spiritual questions that were driving his life.
Meeker practiced and taught Attunement as part of his broader spiritual teaching, out of which arose a global network known as the Emissaries of Divine Light. Alongside his associates, he continued developing the practice through the 1940s and into the early 1950s — refining it as a living, teachable art.Â
After his passing in 1954, it continued to grow and flourish through the worldwide Emissaries of Divine Light community, carried forward by the very people he had trained — a lineage still very much alive today.
At the center of Attunement is the practice of spiritual centering — the recognition that Divine Life Force is not outside of us, but present at the center of all Life. Attunement is the conscious practice of returning our awareness to that Center and allowing our outer expression to come increasingly into alignment with it.
Honoring The One Law
The universe is governed by energy cycles . While often referred to in culture as cause-and-effect or polarity,
Attunement works consciously with The One Law:
Attunement as a Consciousness Practice
We can experience Attunement not only as an energy practice, but as a consciousness practice — one that, when engaged with consistently, begins to change the way we perceive ourselves, our experiences, and the world around us.
Through daily Attunement, we intentionally turn our awareness away from the constant noise and conditioning of the outer world and toward the deeper Source of Life within.
As we practice returning to this inner point of alignment, our awareness begins to expand. We become more conscious of our thoughts, emotions, patterns, and reactions — increasingly able to witness them rather than automatically identify with them.
And as the noise within us begins to quiet, something else becomes easier to hear:Â our own inner guidance.
Â
Strengthening the Inner Compass
Attunement cultivates a deeper relationship with the knowing that arises from within.
The more familiar we become with our own inner stillness, the easier it becomes to recognize the difference between intuition and fear, between inner knowing and external conditioning, and between what is truly aligned for us and what we have simply been taught to believe.
This is the cultivation of discernment.
Rather than continually looking outside ourselves for answers, validation, or direction, we strengthen our capacity to listen inwardly and consciously choose how we will meet what life presents.
In this way, Attunement supports sovereignty — not as separation or independence from others, but as the ability to remain connected to our own center while participating fully in relationship with the world around us.
Â
Conscious Daily Experience
The power of Attunement is cultivated through our conscious daily experience.
Qualities such as acceptance, compassion, gratitude, presence, integrity, and creative expression expand within us bringing us into greater harmony with the Universal Current of Life.
As these qualities become part of how we consciously meet our day, new ways of thinking, feeling, perceiving, and responding can emerge.
What once appeared only as an obstacle may reveal an opportunity for growth.
What once triggered an automatic reaction may become an invitation to choose consciously.
What once required an answer from outside ourselves may become an opportunity to listen within.
Over time, we move from simply experiencing Attunement to living attuned.
Our perception expands.
Our inner guidance becomes clearer.
Our discernment deepens.
Our choices become more conscious.
And from this place, sovereignty arises naturally — as the lived experience of knowing our own center and choosing from it.
Attunement becomes a practice of remembering who we are, strengthening our relationship with the Source of Life within, and allowing that expanded awareness to guide how we move through the world.Â
Pneumaplasm
Where Spirit Meets Form
Attunement recognizes a subtle energetic medium through which consciousness and physical form relate. Within the Attunement tradition, this is called Pneumaplasm.
The word brings together the idea of pneuma — breath or spirit — with plasm, that which is formed.
Pneumaplasm can therefore be understood as a bridge between the invisible and visible dimensions of our being: the field through which spirit finds expression in form.
During Attunement, attention is given not only to the physical body, but to this subtle field surrounding and permeating it.
And the field is not shaped only during a session.
Our thoughts, emotions, intentions, relationships, and creative expression continually participate in its quality.
When consciousness moves in gratitude, love, truth, and creative expression, the field becomes increasingly coherent.
This reveals one of the deeper principles underlying Attunement:
Change the quality of consciousness, and we change the quality of the field through which Life is expressed.
The 7 Sacred Gateways
Where Spirit Finds Expression Through Form
In Attunement, seven primary endocrine centers are understood not only through their physiological function, but as sacred gateways for distinct qualities of creative Spirit. The endocrine system carries chemical messages throughout the body; within the Attunement tradition, these centers also provide energetic focal points through which particular qualities of Being may be consciously expressed.
The goal is not simply to balance seven separate centers, but to allow the totality of Spirit to find increasingly coherent expression through the whole human being.
