The Daily Attunement Practice 

Every morning, thirty minutes, in community. The Three Directions of Attunement — tuning up to Source, tuning between with one another, radiating that living current of Love out into your life and world.

Members consistently describe a settling of the nervous system, a softening of the emotional body, and a quiet but unmistakable sense of returning to themselves that accumulates and deepens over time. The practice asks one thing of you — to show up. What it gives in return is transformative.
